Terms and Condition

You are requested to read carefully the Conditions of car parking and to follow the procedures recommended in the Conditions which are for your benefit. This is a legal document which contains contractual provisions. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.

BOOKING

  • Bookings through our website are deemed to be made when validated by the issue of a Gatwick Nobel parking booking reference number.
  • Bookings made by telephone are deemed to be made when confirmed by Gatwick Nobel parking telesales operator.
  • All services are subject to availability.
  • A booking confirmation does not entitle the Customer to any specified parking space or to priority over any other customer.

PAYMENT

  • Payment can be made by cash or Via Gatwick Nobel parking website.
  • Prices will be in pound sterling and will be the amount agreed upon booking. The price is including VAT.
  • Bookings can be paid by using an appropriate debit/credit card or cash.
  • All payments and charges incurred must be paid prior to the collection of the vehicle.
  • parking period that is extended will be charged at a daily rate which is pounds 10 per day.
  • Payments made via agent route are subject to such terms and conditions outlined in their heads of agreement.

Note : Please note, you will be required to pay the exit fee as follows:
0 to 30 minutes: pounds 3.50
After 30 Minutes: Normal Airport tariffs apply

CANCELLATIONS

  • ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH Gatwick Nobel parking IN ORDER TO BE VALID.

  • No refunds are available for unused part stays. All Bookings Fees and MMS charges are non- refundable.
  • Refund Notice Periods: Customers who wish to cancel their booking and give less than 48 hours notice will receive no refund. More than above notice periods, all cancelled bookings are subject to a pounds 10.00 admin charge. *Except on certain promotional offers which are non-refundable. Where applicable this will be stated in the car park description/information.

CANCELLATION COVER

  • Should a client wish to cancel they must do so at least 24 hours prior to their departure date/time in order to be eligible, those who cancel after this time will be subject to our normal conditions listed above.
  • Cancellation Cover does not apply for bookings made the same day, booked for the following day or in certain products where stated.

COMPANY LIABILITIES

  • Our insurers cover our legal liability.
  • We will be responsible for any damage to the paint work or body work of your vehicle if it is proven that it was caused by us.
  • We will only be liable for damage to body or paint work that has not been recorded on the original inspection report.
  • The company will arrange for repairs to be carried out by our professional engineer. IN the case of a vehicle key being lost, we will liable for the cost of a replacement.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

  • All vehicles are parked at client's risk.
  • Any liability occurred by us as a result of your vehicle not complying with the road traffic act, the customer will be held fully responsible for all cost and liability.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking does not accept any responsibility or liability for any theft, loss or damage to.
  • Any personal property or personal items left within the vehicle whilst on Gatwick Nobel parking premises (whether or not during the Parking Period) or;
  • For any personal property (including travelling luggage) of the Customer or any person travelling with the Customer either when on Gatwick Nobel parking premises or whilst travelling between Gatwick Nobel parking premises and the airport.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking does not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage to the windscreen or any other glass in the vehicle.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking does not accept any responsibility or liability for damaged or punctured tyres or any scuffs or damage to steal or alloy road wheels.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking does not accept liability to any damage to the inside of the vehicle, not at fault by us
  • Gatwick Nobel parking does not accept liability for faulty keys, alarm fobs and we strongly recommend other keys or personal belongings not to be left in the vehicle.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking does not accept any liability for mechanical, structural or electrical failure of any part of your vehicle
  • Gatwick Nobel parking will not be held responsible for any minor scratches or dents which may not be possible to identify in confined times and weather conditions regardless of being mentioned on the receipt or not.
  • Claims may not be considered once the vehicle has left the airport, having been returned by the Gatwick Nobel parking driver to its owner, so please make sure that you check your vehicle once you have received your car keys.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking reserves the right not to release the vehicle, if correct form of identification is not produced. In such cases the company reserves the right to ask to see other satisfactory identification before releasing the Vehicle.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking reserves the right to not release the vehicle until full payment of late charges are paid.
  • The customer is advised to keep the unique reference number return instructions/receipt as a form of identification of their right to drive away their vehicle on return. They must also provide satisfactory identification.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking may not consider claims for any extra costs incurred by a customer due to a cancelled/no-show bookings including but not limited to car parking charges, parking fines, late arrival charges, or cancellation charges.
  • Please note, in the event of your vehicle not being parked with us, we will not accept any claim or process any refund, if we have not been notified of the circumstance in ample time.
  • Any indirect loss as a result of damage or loss to the vehicle (such as loss of earnings) is not covered.
  • Please note that small stone chips, dings and minor scratches including those on alloy wheels are excluded from the inspection as they are considered to be part of normal driving conditions. All cars get a second inspection at our base in the presence of 3 different examiners.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking Ltd accepts no liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused unless proved to be caused by the negligence, willful act or default or breach of statutory duty of the employees of Gatwick Nobel parking Ltd. In the event of damages being claimed the amount payable shall not exceed pounds 125 per claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Gatwick Nobel parking liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of one of its employees. Gatwick Nobel parking Ltd will not accept liability for damage arising from circumstances beyond its control including acts of God, acts of nature, terrorism, war, riots, flooding, damage by vandals, criminal activity.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

  • Any disputes over any damage to your vehicle should be noted down on the return document in the event that the complaint is damage to vehicle the complaint MUST be made before the customer leaves the airport terminal and noted by an Gatwick Nobel parking representative via in persons or on the duty phone. If damage is not noted at the airport terminal then it will be assumed that the vehicle has been returned in the same condition when collected by Gatwick Nobel parking and no liability for claim to damage can be made against Gatwick Nobel parking.
  • In the event of a complaint relating to alleged damage to a vehicle the Customer will make the vehicle available for inspection by Gatwick Nobel parking prior to any repairs being carried out there to.
  • As soon as the car arrives at our car park the insurance for the vehicle reverts back to your own insurance for the vehicle.
  • All disputes and complaints must be sent in writing to info@gatwicknobleparking.com or by post to our address within reasonable time.
  • In the unfortunate circumstances where damage is caused to your Vehicle due to the lack of care by the Company, the Company has the right to carry out repairs to the customers Vehicle on the customer's behalf to restore the vehicle to the state in that it arrived at the Car Park (Body work only). In this event the customer cannot make a claim.
  • Gatwick Nobel parking Customer Services Department will endeavor to give a written decision in respect of the complaint within 21 days of receiving the same. This period may need to be extended in the event of any delay in the Customer supplying further information which is required or there being a delay in the vehicle being made available for inspection

ACCEPTABLE SITE USE

  • The reservation service featured on this website is provided primary to assist clients in determining the availability of chauffeur/meet & greet related services, to make legitimate reservations and secondary to transact business with the parking vendor, and for no other purposes.
  • You warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use this Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions.
  • You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by this site.

JURISDICTION

The Contract between Gatwick Nobel parking and the Customer and any person travelling with the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. These Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, Scotland and Wales. Privacy Policy we do not store credit card details nor do us share customer details with any third parties.
